“[Our therapist] supported us when we needed support, prodded us when we dug in our heels…asked questions that made us think…and, most important of all, gave us the feeling that she cared.”

Our Services

Problems and obstacles are common for individuals and families. Most counselors specialize in helping people cope with common problems of daily living which may affect a person’s happiness and general well-being.

A common mistake is to try to solve these problems alone, only to see them recur or become worse. Seeing a counselor is not a personal weakness, but an indication you are taking a positive step toward achieving personal growth and development.
