Fees and Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals and their families who live or work in Winnebago, Boone and northern Ogle counties on a sliding fee scale. Individuals from other areas may contract our services at full fee.

Services are offered to any individual regardless of age, race, religion, sex, ethnic origin, economic status or handicap.

Although FCS is an eligible provider for many insurance plans, many of our clients are uninsured and unable to access comparable services in the private sector. Our sliding fee scales offer everyone the availability of high quality, professional counseling services even without insurance.

Assessment appointments range from $23 to $110 with fee determined by income and the number of people the income supports, based on our sliding fee scale. Ongoing appointments range from $15 to $100 based on sliding fee scale. Please call for details.
